Lead HVAC Design Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished HVAC design manager to lead our high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and efficient HVAC systems that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive HVAC designs that comply with ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards and other relevant codes.
  • Calculate heating and cooling requirements, and design HVAC systems that meet those demands.
  • Propose new products, technologies, and design improvements with feasibility studies.
  • Evaluate and recommend vendors for HVAC equipment and materials.
  • Conduct site visits and address issues related to HVAC systems during and after construction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all design materials and drawings.
  • Prepare detailed input for junior engineers/drafting engineers for quality drawings.
  • Monitor progress and quality of drawings in Revit and CAD until the GFC stage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of Revit software.
