Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge collaboration systems to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.
  • Develop and implement system architecture designs to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain and optimize existing systems to ensure seamless integration with new technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced System Engineer who possesses the following qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of technology design experience.
  • Extensive experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform to build and deploy services.
  • Foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situations.
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutions.
  • 4+yrs Experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes.
  • Successful track record in working on multi-functional team projects.
  • Knowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation support.
