Lead Telecaller Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Telecaller Manager to lead our team of telecallers. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of telecallers, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

    • Call quality: 90%

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership position managing telecalling teams

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least 2 major South Indian languages

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Team management skills to lead and motivate a team of telecallers

  • CRM software expertise to manage leads and track customer interactions
