Administrative Coordinator Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional support to our team by managing daily operations, coordinating tasks and maintaining a smooth workflow.

  • Maintain material inward and outward registers and update data in respective registers holistically.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth operations.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and a graduate degree. They will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and organizational abilities.
