Our multidisciplinary team includes rehabilitation professionals providing physiotherapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy to support our students.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering 1:1 and group physiotherapy sessions tailored to each child's developmental level and physical needs.
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for children with diverse needs.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other health professionals.
- Deliver 1:1 and group physiotherapy sessions tailored to each child's developmental level and physical needs.
- Provide support for physical access and mobility within the school environment.
- Monitor progress and outcomes using evidence-based tools and update care plans accordingly.
- Support pupils with postural management programs and safe handling strategies.
- Work closely with teaching staff, occupational therapists, and other health professionals.
- 3 to 7 years working experience with children and adults with multiple disabilities.
- Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc) and HCPC registration.
- Previous experience working with children and/or young people with special needs.
- Manual Handling and Safeguarding Children.
