We're seeking a highly skilled Music Placement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our music licensing department, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and securing sync placements for our diverse roster of artists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pitch our multi-genre catalogue to music supervisors, advertising agencies, and production houses to obtain commercial sync placements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, including music supervisors, creative directors, and sync teams globally.
  • Track and manage all pitches, leads, and placements to ensure visibility on opportunities.
  • Explore secondary business opportunities for catalogue songs, including pitching to labels, artists, and producers for covers, remixes, and collaborations.
  • Stay ahead of sync trends, industry requests, and content needs across entertainment and advertising.
  • Provide regular reporting on activity, progress, and revenue opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in securing sync placements and building strong relationships with music industry professionals.
  • Strong research abilities for identifying potential sync opportunities.
  • Contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of autonomy.
  • Familiarity with the global underground music scene is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
