Business Development Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to promote our plywood and related products. This role involves promoting our products to dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote plywood products by visiting retailers, wholesalers, construction sites, and project developers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the building materials industry.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer demands.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive marketing reports and customer databases.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and network with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the plywood, laminates, or hardware industries is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A self-motivated and target-driven attitude is required to meet sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles will be advantageous.
  • The ability to travel extensively within assigned territories is necessary for this position.
  • Owning a bike license is a requirement due to frequent site visits.
