We seek a seasoned Business Strategist with expertise in Digital Transformation to lead our organization's forward-thinking efforts.

About the Role:

  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive Business strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT vision.
  • Drive and govern the Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap.
  • Evaluate and select technology platforms that align with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong Cross Domain knowledge and core functions like Operations, Supply Chain Management.
  • In-depth domain understanding in one of the domains such as Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, Finance.
  • Deep expertise in Process Re-Engineering, Process Mining.
  • Fair knowledge of GenAI, Cloud Computing, Data & Analytics, DevSecOps, Application Modernization, Containerization, APIs etc. aspects.
  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Business Strategy certifications (e.g. TOGAF).
