About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our mission. This is a full-time role that involves active outbound calling.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers by making outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing efforts. They will understand user needs, explain how BluPack's services can benefit them and their families, educate customers about our healthcare solutions, address their questions, and track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead conversion rates.

  • Experience in a similar role of about 3-5 years.
