Investment Opportunities

Craft high-quality deal pipelines, run sectoral and company-specific evaluations, orchestrate diligence with external partners, and activate advisor networks to help founders win.

  • Build a pipeline of seed/early-stage and later-stage deals.
  • Develop and refresh thematic theses on fintech, SaaS, consumer internet, logistics, AI-enabled operations, and more.
  • Leverage your network to find non-obvious opportunities and represent the organization at ecosystem events.
Evaluation Process

Run fast screens and deep dives, build and audit financial models, scenario simulations, and exit pathways.

  • Prepare Investment Committee materials and draft crisp investment memos with clear theses, risks, mitigants, and decision checkpoints.
  • Coordinate data-room requests, red-flag logs, and management Q&A.
Transaction Execution

Support term sheet design, valuation rationale, rights, and protections aligned to founder-friendly principles.

  • Coordinate with counsel on definitive documents, ensure clean close checklists, and maintain accurate closing files.
  • Hand off smoothly to finance/ops for compliance and onboard companies into the advisor network.
Portfolio Support & Follow-ons

Drive targeted, time-boxed help with hiring, GTM, ops, partnerships, governance, and track portfolio health through cadenced updates and KPI dashboards.

  • Prepare follow-on cases and manage co-investor communications.
  • Take board or observer seats where relevant, taking a coach-not-cop ethos.
Founder-Friendly Communication Standard

Default to empathy and respect in every founder interaction, responding within 48–72 hours and explaining how decisions are made and what's needed next.

  • Value every touchpoint, providing introductions, resources, or concrete suggestions even when saying no.
