Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Advanced Analytics Professional to lead the design and deployment of intelligent, data-driven solutions. This role will work at the intersection of business strategy, advanced data modeling, and artificial intelligence to drive measurable outcomes for clients in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or broader commercial domain.

As an Advanced Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems such as segmentation, churn prediction, targeting optimization, and personalization.

You will evaluate multiple AI/ML techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, deep learning) to determine the most effective approach. You will also create scalable, production-ready solutions that integrate with business processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in data analytics, with 3+ years in AI/ML model development and deployment.
  • Prior experience in pharma/life sciences is highly preferred but not mandatory.

  • Proficient in Python, R, or SQL for data wrangling and model development.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiar with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
