Advanced Analytics Consultant

Our organization is seeking a forward-thinking data analytics expert to lead the design and deployment of intelligent solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI/ML integration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes for clients.
This role will work at the intersection of business strategy, advanced data modeling, and artificial intelligence. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing AI and machine learning models, working with large datasets, performing exploratory data analysis, and translating analytical outcomes into clear business recommendations.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated problem solver with a solid understanding of AI model lifecycles, excellent stakeholder management skills, and high attention to detail. Experience working in regulated industries with data privacy compliance is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in data analytics, with 3+ years in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Prior experience in pharma/life sciences is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a consulting or strategic analytics capacity.
