Why this role exists…
We're expanding our team to support a growing portfolio of data-driven projects. This role has opened earlier than expected, and we're looking to onboard someone within the next few weeks to help meet current delivery needs.
You'll be joining a collaborative and fast-paced environment where data is at the heart of decision-making. The work involves a blend of technical analysis, data engineering, and strategic consulting, with a focus on turning complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes.
What you'll be doing... As an AI Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping teams and clients make sense of data and use it to improve performance and decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends and insights
- Designing models and frameworks to quantify qualitative data
- Preparing and harmonising data for consistent analysis across different contexts
- Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way
- Delivering a well-structured analysis that informs strategic decisions
- Building adaptable models that work across varied datasets
- Establishing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed... We're looking for someone who brings a mix of experience, curiosity, and collaboration.
You might be a great fit if you have:
- Strong Python skills and 2–3 years of experience in a consulting or analytics role
- A solid foundation in mathematics or statistics, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and accountable approach to problem-solving
- A fully remote position (we've found hybrid working in Pune to be most effective)
- Highly structured tasks… this role requires comfort with ambiguity and self-direction
Our hiring process…
We aim to make our hiring process transparent, respectful, and engaging.
Here's what you can expect:
- Intro Chat (30–45 mins) – An initial conversation with a member of our internal recruitment team to get to know you better
- Take-Home Technical Task (you'll be given 2-3 days to complete) – A technical task that you will complete at home and send back to us for review
- Final Round (60 mins) – A panel interview with a member of our leadership team in Pune and our Head of AI & Advanced Analytics to discuss your technical task and assess overall technical and cultural fit
