Lead Data Strategist

At the forefront of our organization, we seek a visionary data strategist to spearhead our analytics endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models and algorithms to address complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand specific requirements and develop and integrate machine learning solutions into the existing technology stack.
  • Analyze and improve the performance of existing machine learning and deep learning models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and using advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning.
  • Conduct research on the latest trends in analytics, machine learning, AI, computer vision, and NLP, and incorporate new findings into the development process to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in ML/DL with a fully technical background.
  • Experience focused on production projects only, with no capstone or internet-based projects.
  • Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS/Azure), MLOps, API development (FastAPI), and deployment using Docker/Kubernetes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ML engineers and data scientists.
  • Work with the pre-sales team as an SME to gather requirements, conceptualize solutions, and present them to clients.
