We seek a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service via phone calls. This role involves assessing and resolving customer inquiries, payments, and complaints at the first point of contact.

  • Responsible for evaluating and resolving customer queries over the telephone, using sound judgment and adhering to established procedures.
  • Utilize business tools and industry knowledge updates to identify problem areas and document business requirements.
  • Ensure effective work procedures align with client process workflows and company policy guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints over the telephone.
  • Apply sound judgment and make decisions within established procedures.
  • Manage and update customer interactions daily.
  • Achieve key performance targets.
  • Ensure efficiency measures are met in accordance with performance targets and process guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Neutral accent and good cultural adaptation.
  • Ability to resolve customer queries in the first point of contact.
  • Friendly, professional, courteous, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Active listening skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Good data entry & typing skills.
