Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to support our sales efforts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to proactively contact prospective clients from provided leads and directories.
They will engage in meaningful conversations with high-net-worth individuals, clearly communicate the value of our premium products and offerings, and qualify potential leads and schedule appointments for our Sales Team.
The Business Operations Coordinator will maintain and update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools, handle basic client inquiries, and route complex concerns appropriately.
They will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent command of both Hindi and English – verbal and written
• A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales coordination is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets
