Job Description\

As a seasoned data conversion specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data migration into our systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in guaranteeing data integrity and accuracy, facilitating a smooth transition from legacy systems to our new platform.

\\\Key Responsibilities:\\\
  • Conduct thorough data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems.\\\
  • Create and implement advanced EIBs and Loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system.\\\
  • Identify anomalies in data and rectify conversion errors with precision.\\\
  • Develop and utilize data mapping tools to support conversion efforts efficiently.\\\
  • Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones effectively.
\\\Required Skills & Qualifications\\\
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\\\
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional).\\\
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role.\\\
  • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices.\\\
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.\\\
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
