Job Title: Visual Quality Control Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain exceptionally high standards of visual quality across all 3D products.
  • Audit editor work, track rework trends, and lead corrective actions to ensure consistent quality.
  • Collaborate with trainers to upskill editors based on real data, leveraging industry-standard tools like Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), streamline workflows, and expedite editing without compromising quality.
  • Boost Jeeves scores, reduce rework, and contribute to internal editing adoption growth by implementing effective quality control measures.
 Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in virtual staging or a related field.
  • Prior QA or team lead experience in 3D product design is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax.
  • Data-driven mindset and strong visual feedback skills are essential.
  • A relevant degree in Architecture or 3D Product Designing is required.
