Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for real estate development projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

This individual will lead a team of QA/QC professionals to monitor and improve construction quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing QA/QC policies, procedures, and protocols, conducting regular site inspections, and identifying and reporting defects or non-compliances.

The ideal candidate has experience with high-rise building complex projects and knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in QA/QC roles in real estate or construction is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards is essential.
  • Professional certifications like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or CQM are highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
