Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Activities
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting tasks including vouching, filing, and reconciliations.
  • Analyze revenue trends and variances, developing revenue budgets and updating forecasts in alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and review aging reports, managing overdue accounts and coordinating with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
Inter-Company Transactions
  • Manage inter-company transactions, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
  • Work closely with other teams to accurately record and settle inter-company balances.
  • Ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies and inter-company agreements.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Provide reports and confirmations to the internal tax team on time for filing purposes.
  • Assist in preparing annual financial statements and compiling audit schedules.
Process Improvement
  • Evaluate existing processes and systems related to accounts receivable, revenue, and client management to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Implement process enhancements and automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual errors, and increase productivity.
