
Staff Trainer Coordinator

As a seasoned Training and Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in preparing new phlebotomists for success in the field.
Key responsibilities include interviewing prospective candidates to assess their suitability, assigning selected trainees to skilled trainers, providing onboarding support to ensure a seamless transition, and monitoring the progress of new hires until they complete their first assigned slot.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews with prospective phlebotomists to evaluate their potential.
- Training Assignment: Assign selected candidates to appropriate trainers for skill development.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
- First Slot Readiness: Monitor and support new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their first assigned slot.
- Coordination: Collaborate with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
We seek an individual with 1-3 years of experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations (onboarding or people management experience preferred). The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in Hindi and English, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
