Job Title: Academic Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

As an Academic Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of academic programs at our school. Your primary focus will be on coordinating and executing various educational activities, including curriculum planning, teacher support, and student progress monitoring.

  • Develop and implement effective curriculum plans in collaboration with teachers and central office staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and teachers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate professional development workshops for teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all educational materials and resources are readily available and accessible to students and teachers.
  • Monitor and analyze student performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to design and implement engaging and inclusive lesson plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as an Academic Operations Coordinator, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
