Job Profile:
The Financial Management Specialist will oversee financial transactions, prepare accurate financial statements, reconcile bank statements, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. This is a full-time role that demands collaboration with other departments to provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and maintain accurate records
- Reconcile bank statements, verify data accuracy, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement effective budgeting and forecasting strategies for financial performance
- Collaborate with other departments to share insights, enhance decision-making processes, and drive business growth
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in financial reporting, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and industry best practices to ensure proactive compliance
- Utilize advanced accounting software and Microsoft Excel for efficient financial management and data analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Financial Management, Accounting, and Financial Reporting
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, tax laws, and industry standards
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Must be well-versed in using Tally, possess excellent experience working in GST, TDS, and IT
