Financial Leadership Opportunity

The role of Financial Controller is a strategic position that requires an experienced and dynamic financial professional to lead our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the annual budget process to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports and management information systems (MIS) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and statutory audits to ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Ensure tax compliance, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), corporate taxes, and related matters.
  • Manage cash flow and banking relationships for credit facilities and day-to-day operations.
  • Explore and implement artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies to enhance reporting, forecasting, and overall financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years in finance or accounting, with at least 7-8 years in a senior role.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, tax management, auditing, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI and ML applications in finance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong command over English language.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
