Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Play School Teacher at Mother's Pride in West Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for lesson planning, education, communication, teaching, and training.

Day-to-day tasks include engaging students in creative activities, facilitating play-based learning experiences, and promoting social and emotional development.

Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning and Education: Develop engaging and interactive lessons to cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Communication and Teaching: Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Training: Provide guidance and support to colleagues on early childhood education best practices.
  • Patient and Empathetic: Demonstrate patience and empathy when dealing with young children, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
  • Experience in implementing play-based learning strategies.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of ₹20k - ₹25k per month, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as health insurance and opportunities for professional growth and development.
