We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging channels.
  • Create full-funnel approaches tailored for D2C brands, from awareness to conversion.
  • Manage daily budgets and bids to ensure efficient delivery and maximize return on investment.
Conversion & Growth Optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyze ad funnels to reduce customer acquisition cost and improve return on ad spend.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to optimize website conversion rate optimization.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and attribution platforms.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Forecast spends, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment based on past data and industry benchmarks.
Audience & Market Research
  • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
  • Build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
  • Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase lifetime value.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably for D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad platforms.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools.
  • Deep knowledge of customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, lifetime value, average order value, retention, and attribution modeling.
  • Proven track record of scaling D2C campaigns with 7–8 figure monthly ad spends.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
