Supply Chain Leadership Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Supply Chain team, leveraging expertise in program management and planning systems to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop predictive models to optimize supply and demand alignment, minimizing costs and inventory while maintaining service levels.

  • Evaluate supply chain's ability to meet customer demand, establishing best practices for evaluation and improvement.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to review risks, mitigation options, and service level goals, ensuring seamless collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

  • Implement inventory control strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize waste, aligning with customer service goals.

  • Drive process improvements and implement new capabilities through close collaboration with teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in development and implementation of planning systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of financial and cost accounting practices, and sales and operations planning processes.
