Job Title:Head Relationship Manager
As a Head Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for offering financial advisory services to high net worth individuals. You will be required to work with new and existing clientele, providing guidance on investments such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and portfolio management services.
New Client Acquisition:
- You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, expanding the company's client base and increasing revenue streams.
- You will need to maintain healthy relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Management:
- You will be responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and retaining team members to ensure they are equipped to meet their roles' requirements.
- You will need to provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.
Growth and Revenue:
- You will be responsible for growing the client base's assets under management (AUM) consistently from new and existing clients.
- You will need to generate revenues to earn handsome incentives for your contributions and those of your team members.
Requirements:
Candidate Requirements:
- You should have more than 10 years of experience in wealth management advisory services.
- A postgraduate degree is mandatory.
- Stability of at least 3-4 years in current and previous assignments is required.
