Financial Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial record management of clients in the USA. The ideal candidate will have expertise in trust accounting and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

The successful applicant will be responsible for accurately recording and reconciling attorney fees, expenses, and disbursements, as well as performing bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain up-to-date financial records. Additionally, they will manage end-to-end bookkeeping processes for assigned clients, including payroll processing and tax filings.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all financial transactions adhere to legal accounting standards and regulations. Strong collaboration skills are essential to work closely with legal professionals to understand specific accounting requirements and utilize legal accounting software efficiently to handle financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
