Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Manage stock levels and replenish top 50 ranking articles in a timely manner.
  • Control stock organization in the stock room, prioritizing tasks and dividing responsibilities among team members.
  • Optimize space management within sections and maintain 100% basic standards of stock room.
  • Ensure the application of all security procedures in the stock room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control transfer between stores and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide feedback on transfer lists and control reception of stock.
  • Prepare space for merchandise and allocate manpower for inventory processes.
  • Support department managers in running floor operations smoothly.
  • Support Store Manager in managing productivity of the store.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of product information, including color, fabric, and price.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
