Senior Billing Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Billing Operations Manager to lead our US Healthcare RCM team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in medical billing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, ensuring accurate charge entry, claim submission, and payment posting. They will also monitor team performance, handle escalations, and provide training on NextGen and billing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of medical billing professionals handling end-to-end RCM activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of charges, claims, and payments.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure SLAs, quality, and productivity benchmarks are met.
  • Handle complex billing issues and provide resolution support.
  • Collaborate with management to drive process improvements and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in US Healthcare Medical Billing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with NextGen EMR/PM systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
