Financial Operations Specialist

We seek an experienced professional to manage our multi-branch operations and ensure compliance with complex financial regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own tax filing and statutory compliance, including ROC, Income Tax, GST Registration, and Amendments, as well as TDS Return Filing.
  • Manage and monitor professional tax obligations across multiple states (Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, West Bengal, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate books using Busy accounting software; prepare and file returns using CompuTax or similar tax filing software.
  • Oversee accounting for multiple branches and locations, ensuring tight control and consistency.
  • Handle all aspects of e-commerce accounting, including order reconciliation, payout tracking, GST nuances, returns, etc.
  • Create and manage advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to keep processes streamlined and fully compliant.
  • Vendor and Customer reconciliation.
Requirements:
  • CA (Inter) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance for multi-location businesses.
  • Technical proficiency with Busy accounting software and working knowledge of tax return software like CompuTax.
  • In-depth experience with GST, TDS, ROC, and multi-state Professional Tax compliance.
  • Solid background in e-commerce accounting, able to handle multiple platforms and complex reconciliations.
  • Advanced Excel skills: pivots, macros, VLOOKUPs, and report automation.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity are non-negotiable.
  • Proactive communicator and team player who can own and improve processes.
