Business Finance Expert

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our organization by analyzing and controlling financial statements, variance reports, and cost reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Plant Profit & Loss statements to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives to drive business growth
  • Manage product costing (BOM-based), COGS/COGM, standard vs. actual cost analysis
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accurate financial information
  • Implement value engineering and cost optimization strategies
  • Monitor and control plant inventory levels to minimize waste and excess stock
  • Drive process improvements and automation projects to increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, SCM, HR, and Engineering

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial management systems
  • Expertise in SAP (FICO/MM) and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas
  • Qualification: CA/CMA with 1 -6 years of experience
