Lead and manage the financial operations of a company by overseeing the preparation of financial statements, analyzing financial data, and implementing internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate governance and legal requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, including budgeting, Management Information Systems (MIS), tax compliance, and accounting standards. They will also be responsible for coordinating internal and statutory audits, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and implementing corrective actions to address audit findings.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning & Budgeting: Collaborate with senior management to prepare, review, and update the company's business plans and financial forecasts.
- Management Information Systems (MIS): Prepare and present accurate financial reports and MIS to management, analyzing performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Accounts Preparation: Oversee the preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
- Internal & Statutory Audits: Coordinate internal and statutory audits, ensuring the company adheres to internal controls, compliance, and operational standards.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10-12 years in finance or accounting, with at least 7-8 years in a senior role.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, tax management, auditing, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tally).
- Competitive compensation package.

- Working days will be Monday to Saturday, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.
