Our team is seeking a dynamic professional to join us as a Growth Specialist. This individual will play a vital role in driving business expansion through sales, marketing, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development:
- Establish and manage a sales pipeline with measurable conversion goals.
- Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns (emails, calls) to clinics, partners, and sponsors.
- Collaborate with founders to close partnerships and pilots.
- Produce high-quality content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram).
- Manage our online presence across Discord and GitHub.
- Craft engaging stories that blend AI, open-source, and veterinary medicine into accessible content.
- Design and implement an online marketing strategy (organic + paid).
- Launch newsletters, campaigns, and community updates.
- A/B test copy, ads, and content formats to optimize adoption.Requirements
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
