Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled professional to drive the development and growth of our device connectivity portfolio. This individual will be responsible for generating innovative ideas, leading strategic efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve profitable portfolio growth globally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Innovate and implement market-driven solutions grounded in research.
  • Develop and execute strategies to effectively reach target audiences and grow our device connectivity portfolio.
  • Lead the strategic development, management, and growth of our device connectivity offerings across various portfolios.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive profitable portfolio growth globally. Our marketing efforts are patient-centric, focusing on developing quality products that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients alike.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing products for operating rooms, preferably with expertise in integration and connected products.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead projects or teams through informal leadership.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
