Job Title : Pega CSSA Engineers

We offer a hybrid work model and contract employment type. The notice period is immediate to 10 days.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Pega Dev Engineer, you will be responsible for creating smooth and efficient onboarding processes related to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

You will work in an agile squad with Ops engineers, Business specialists, and other Pega Dev engineers.

The squad is part of the Global KYC Tribe, focusing on business delivery, and you will be part of a Pega Dev Chapter, focusing on engineer craftsmanship. Agile Scrum is our way of working, focusing on iterative and incremental software development in small multidisciplinary teams.

In this context, squads and engineers should be able to perform a wide variety of tasks together. You will be responsible for the end-to-end software and feature delivery of stable and fit-for-purpose Pega systems, including feature analysis, development, configuration, testing, and support operations.

To strengthen our software delivery, you will suggest and contribute to Continuous Delivery initiatives and automate everything from deployment to functional, technical, and performance testing, system health checks, and anything else that is still done manually.

Your main tasks will include:

Participating in User Story refinement

Analyzing requirements and requesting modification or enrichment when needed

Participating in Design of the solution

Implementing qualitative applications

Building applications as close as possible to Pega out-of-the-box features

Creating or modifying Unit Tests when necessary along the implementation of new functionalities

Participating in manual testing activities when required

Proactively monitoring application quality

Ensuring that logs do not display unwanted messages and errors

Participating in the Peer Review process

Fixing incidents and problems when necessary
