Financial Systems Specialist Role

The position of Senior Process Analyst is a critical function in the financial systems of our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team.

This role requires strong accounting knowledge, including expertise in Indian Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Statutory Audit. Experience with US GAAP is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform testing and conversion of accounting data from branch agency management system to central divisional systems.
  • Support all agency management system accounting processes and users with production issues.
  • Work with internal and external development teams to test, implement and resolve production issues and new functionality.
  • Develop and coordinate training and communication to finance and accounting users on new Epic functionality and reports.
  • Perform testing and maintain finance and accounting reports in agency management systems and ancillary reporting systems.
  • Develop and maintain accounting system procedures and testing documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in R2R Reconciliation.
  • MBA – Finance or CA Inter degree required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
