Technical Project Management Leadership

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Project Manager to lead technology-driven projects from initiation to delivery. This individual will be responsible for bridging the gap between business, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure alignment of business requirements with technical implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Technical Oversight
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and dependencies.
  • Drive solution discussions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Oversee system integrations, APIs, cloud deployments, and other technical components.
  • Risk & Quality Management
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables through reviews, testing coordination, and compliance checks.
  • Agile & Process Excellence
  • Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices across project teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong technical background.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects (Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, Data, or Enterprise Applications).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications preferred.
