Learning Experience Designer

Our organization is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer who will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences. This role combines instructional design expertise with project management and leadership skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality e-learning and blended learning solutions.

The successful candidate will analyze training needs and audience profiles to design impactful learning solutions. They will develop storyboards, scripts, and design documents aligned with learning objectives. Additionally, they will apply adult learning principles, Bloom's taxonomy, and modern instructional strategies (microlearning, gamification, scenario-based learning, etc.).

The Learning Experience Designer will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create accurate and engaging content. They will oversee quality checks to ensure instructional effectiveness and learner engagement. Moreover, they will lead and manage multiple e-learning and training development projects simultaneously.

  • Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assigning tasks and guiding team members (designers, developers, visual artists, etc.).
  • Mitigating risks, resolving issues, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget.

This role requires strong knowledge of adult learning theories, ADDIE/SAM models, and modern learning trends. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise, etc.). Experience in leading teams and managing client-facing projects is also essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 46 years of proven experience in Instructional Design and eLearning project execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or Prince2 is a plus).
  • Background in corporate training, digital learning, or consulting.
