Job Title: Production Supervisor
Industry: Tyre Manufacturing
Location: Hyderabad, India
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop floor, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and guide their team members to achieve their goals. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain 5S principles on the shop floor
- Oversee changeovers and equipment cleaning
- Prepare standard operating procedures for production processes
- Monitor yield calculations and reconcile production input versus output
- Provide training to operators on good manufacturing practices
- Identify deviations in processes and implement corrective actions
- Handle non-confirming reports and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
- Ability to lead and train team members
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
