Job Description

Manage end-to-end factory operations to ensure production targets are met on time.

  • Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet demand forecasts and inventory requirements.
  • Lead and develop production teams to ensure high levels of efficiency, morale, and performance.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement high-quality manufacturing standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with various teams for smooth plant functioning.
  • Optimize resource utilization including manpower, materials, and machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Ambitious Goals: Meet production targets, implement quality improvements and optimize resource usage.

Skillful Leadership: Develop and manage high-performing production teams, plan and control production schedules.

EHS Champion: Maintain strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Reporting Line: Reporting to the Chief Manufacturing Officer.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum 8–15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams and factory operations.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, cost control, and lean manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, FSSAI, and other statutory requirements.
