Job Title: Factory Operations Manager

A challenging role is available for a Factory Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our factory.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Review and analyze MIS reports to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize factory performance.

2. Collaborate with Factory Heads to facilitate performance reviews, identify key performance indicators, and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.

3. Develop and implement cost optimization initiatives to reduce costs and improve profitability.

4. Analyze capex, working capital, and supplier base data to inform business decisions.

5. Identify and report variances between standard and actual costs to drive process improvements.

6. Drive Statutory & Internal Audit closure to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

Additional Tasks:

1. Manage factory-related compliance and engage with various stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence.

2. Develop and implement processes and controls for factory commercial (incl. stores) to monitor effectiveness.

3. Approve prices for Fixed Assets purchases at the factory, adhering to established guidelines.

4. Generate sales orders and perform accounting for scrap sales to optimize revenue streams.

5. Monitor GST compliance and provide support for factory-related compliances to ensure tax accuracy.

Requirements:

1. MBA (Finance) or CA degree required; Engineering Graduate preferred.

2. Total relevant experience of 5-7 years in finance systems, including AFO, SAP, and Hyperion.

3. In-depth understanding of sourcing-related cost drivers and cost analytics essential.

4. Strong stakeholder management and critical thinking skills required.
