Job Description

This senior leadership role requires expertise in integrating functional medicine with allopathy, managing cross-functional collaborations, and overseeing high-profile client interactions while ensuring operational excellence.

  • Medical Leadership & Strategy
  • • Integrate functional medicine and allopathy to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.

    • Act as the medical subject matter expert, providing strategic direction and solving complex medical challenges.

    • Oversee clinical audits to ensure compliance, quality, and best practices.

    • Design and implement medical protocols to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.

  • Team Leadership & Development
  • • Conduct interviews for Level 2 doctors and oversee the hiring process.

    • Mentor and guide the medical team by providing training resources and career development opportunities.

    • Monitor workflow, attendance, and overall team performance to ensure productivity and adherence to SOPs.

    • Lead team meetings and individual managerial discussions, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

  • Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • • Collaborate closely with the CEO and co-founders, actively participating in strategic discussions and conducting skip-level meetings with the medical team to ensure alignment and effective communication.

    • Lead cross-functional collaborations, coordinating with IT, service, and operations teams to streamline medical workflows.

    • Ensure all medical aspects of service delivery receive necessary approvals and align with organizational policies.

    • Drive operational efficiency by formulating strategies for improved patient care and process optimization.

  • Client & Crisis Management
  • • Handle high-profile clients, ensuring high-quality and personalized medical services.

    • Take on a specialist role, utilizing medical expertise to drive innovative treatment solutions.

    • Manage crises effectively, addressing complex challenges in patient care, employee concerns, and operational issues.

    • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards in medical service delivery.

This role reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer and serves as the key point of contact between the medical and leadership team.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • MBBS plus MBA (or equivalent medical degree)
  • Extensive experience in clinical practice and healthcare management
  • 6 to 10 years of experience with the healthcare industry administration, demonstrating a strong track record of expertise and leadership
  • Strong expertise in people management, process development, and strategic decision-making
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional collaborations, and drive operational excellence
  • Experience in handling high-profile clients and crises with professionalism and discretion
