Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Human Resources Manager. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for managing talent acquisition processes, coordinating and implementing activities related to talent management, and ensuring compliance with organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire talent acquisition process, including blue collar and white collar recruitment, to ensure that the organization has the right people with the right skills at the right time.

  • Talent Management: Coordinate and implement activities related to talent management in line with organization goals, including performance management, appraisal, and development programs.

  • Performance Management: Ensure that performance management and appraisal processes are conducted as per schedule, and provide support to employees for their growth and development.

  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, relevant legal and safety requirements, and skill development opportunities.

  • Employee Engagement: Plan and implement employee engagement activities, measure employee satisfaction, and identify areas that require improvement.

  • Administration: Ensure smooth operation of Administration/ welfare activities, including housekeeping management, cost-saving initiatives, accommodation, travel arrangement, and vendor management.

  • Grievances and Disciplinary Actions: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary proceedings, and initiate actions as required to ensure compliance with HR policies.

  • Exit Interviews and Process: Coordinate and conduct exit interviews, complete all exit formalities, and process full and final settlements of separated employees across locations.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have experience in talent acquisition and management, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
