Job Description

About the Role:

  • Maintain accurate records of employee headcount and other HR metrics.
  • Foster a positive work environment by engaging with employees and promoting higher morale and productivity.
  • Proactively identify and address Employee Relations (ER) issues.
  • Handle grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Manage HR information systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Oversee payroll processing and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team and ERC to achieve organizational goals.
  • E nsure statutory compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Promote contractor/agency compliance and manage their human capital effectively.

Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional with a strong educational background. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Graduate degree in any field from a recognized university.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in large warehouse/logistics/manufacturing companies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation, reporting, and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Additional Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 6+ months of human resources experience.
  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office product and application experience.
  • High school or equivalent education.
  • Experience working in confidential environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ambitious professionals with the following qualifications will have a competitive edge:

  • 1+ year of human resources experience.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • 1+ year of Microsoft Office product and application experience.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
