Talent Acquisition RoleThe ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and smooth integration into the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback to candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and managing HRIS.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide reports on trends related to employee turnover.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
