Job Overview

This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 years of work experience. As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process, including preparing new hire documentation and orientation schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Participate in employee relations activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Coordinate various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Recruitment: Proficiency in identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Onboarding: Ability to assist with new hire processes and documentation.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for interacting with candidates and team members.
  • Employee Relations: Effective in maintaining positive relationships between employees and management.
  • HR Policies: Understanding and implementation of human resource policies and practices.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze HR metrics and generate meaningful insights from data.
  • Organizational Skills: Competency in managing and organizing multiple HR tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in HR documentation and processes.
