Business Analysis Role

Overview of the Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to contribute to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, understanding hedge fund accounting workflows, and collaborating with technology teams to enhance fund accounting platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business needs and functional requirements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to document technical specifications and user acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with developers to implement system enhancements and resolve issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automate manual processes
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of business processes and system functionality

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of business analysis concepts, including requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation
  • Experience working with financial systems and data analysis tools, such as Excel and SQL
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
