Job Title

A seasoned and ambitious professional is required to spearhead the success of third-party sellers on a prominent online marketplace. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for equipping sellers with the necessary tools, resources, and support to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive seller enablement strategies to enhance seller performance, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Identify key pain points and opportunities, then design scalable solutions to address them.
  • Drive the adoption of new features and services among sellers.

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality seller-facing content.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Possess an MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree.
  • Hold at least 5 years of program management experience.
  • Have 3+ years of relevant e-commerce experience.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of developing successful programs that drive business growth.
  • Excel in written and verbal communication, articulating complex concepts clearly.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills, interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable insights.
